Investor

I began investing in real estate after graduating from college, right at the peak of the real estate bubble when my partner and I bought and renovated a home to flip. It unfortunately wasn’t as profitable as we hoped (it was a solid start to my career/passion of lighting money on fire though), but we learned a lot.

From there, I branched into apartments and used the experience I gained to rehabilitate three multi-family properties. It was horrible, and I don’t recommend it at all, but I learned a lot.

I am the author of three “books”:

		How to Cook Restaurant-Quality Steak: A Detailed Guide to Cooking Delicious, Stress-Free Steak at Home teaches you what constitutes a great steak and how to best achieve restaurant-level steak at a fraction of the price. Background

I was born in beautiful Boulder, CO then moved to Charlotte, NC to attend Queens University. There, I studied political science and business and graduated in 2007. Ever since, I have lived happily in Charlotte with my lovely wife Rachel and several animals, all of whom continue to eat me out of house and home.
